In addition to outreach projects and research, Jake has advised dozens of organizations on mergers, acquisitions and valuations; business plans; start-up analysis; and strategic planning. For reasons few people understand, he finds relaxation in coaching youth baseball.

At RedFlash Group, Kris leverages his engaging style to elevate strategic consulting and marketing initiatives with a human connection. Kris’ zest for life is mirrored by his love for Montana’s mountains, flying in helicopters and cultural exploration. He’s also unabashedly addicted to Lego® and creatively builds any chance he gets.

Throughout his career, he’s served on numerous boards and is a familiar face at meetings of national importance.
